Bought a bike for the wife. Collected and had to bring back as headstock bearings loose, cables not routed properly and gears not selected. Reasonable prices but service very poor

The bicycle team are pretty good and normally can get your bike serviced in two or three days from booking the bike in. Kieran normally does my repairs and he's very helpful and does a good job. Keep up the good work!

Needed new brake light Jamie fitted it in double quick time 10/10. Excellent service and only a fiver fitting charge,thanks Halfords from an old age pensioner.

Having shopped around in various bike stores in Cheltenham, these guys gave the best and most informed advice. They really know their stuff. I cannot fault the pre and post purchase experience. I bought a Boardman Pro. Their Bike Care Plan is amazing value.

Find this store much better than Gloucester (Eastern Ave) staff are happy to help and their are enough people on had meaning you don't have to wait an age to be served.

The good reviews here must be fake because the customer service here is the very very worst. This isn't based on a single visit but about a dozen. I know I should just stop using this store but sometimes I just have to but be assured it's as little as possible. Try your very best to avoid.
