Halfords

great halfords, well stocked and good parking - but has a neutron bomb gone off in this store - where are all of the staff??!?? Every time I go in there you need to wait half an hour for a staff member. Go to a small halfords ask the questions, then come here to buy what you need.

The staff are amazing, so helpful and polite. I had a dash cam fitted and they couldn't do enough to help me.

One of my daylight driving bulbs had blown and I needed a replacement. Popped down there, was done in half hour max. Excellent job, great friendly guy (wish I'd got his name) and all for £11. Bulb & fitting. Top marks!!

I had to call another halfords to get help because of the obstructive staff here... other halfords Mansfield offered a solution to the problem and it worked .... I'd avoid this one if you can.

Nigel and Michael provided excellent service. They clearly passionate about bikes and working with the general public, which is so hard to find in retail now a days.

Bike shop excellent. Staff polite efficient and knowledgeable. Great wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff were not very happy or interested. The staff on the check out looked so pissed off when I asked for help, I understood they were busy and acknowledged it but was he not happy. Felt really uncomfortable and just wanted to get out. Will never go to this Halfords again. Worst ever experience in a retailer!

The company is great what ever city your in.
Customer service is fantastic and get you back on the road as quickly as they can.
I have had one or two issues in the past. The manager dealt With them very quickly.

Can't recommend Craig in the bike dept highly enough. This is what customer service looks like. Had my bike stolen earlier this week. Was expecting to find replacing it a bit of a bind. It wasn't, thanks to Craig. Quickly established what I was after and found me "the" bike, advised on accessories saving me unnecessary expense by moderating my choices, advised on safe storage options around Nottingham to avoid future theft and contrary to all expectations got it checked and ready so I could take it home with me today. Thank you Craig.
