Poor store, obnoxious and very unhelpful manager too, feel sorry for the under trained staff. They fitted my stereo one flaw no sound cheers mate after wasting two of my work days. Went car audio much better service. Then at a later date halfords being close to home I asked whether they could replace my car bulb, to which I have sourced the bulb however was told they can't fit it unless I buy a £50 bulb from them. I Would avoid there service like the plague as it's rushed and they are not trained accordingly.

Not happy with the service provided. So took my car for free health check up today which includes lots of things to be checked and to change a light bulb. The light bulb noone ever had took so long to change then he send me in to pay and dissapiered to do the other car when he still haven't done the check up. When he finally got back to my car he didn't even have a clue what he is doing. Checked oil and said he don't know what to say as he's not sure. Didn't check battery or nothing what should of been included in this free check up. Waste of my time. Will go to different store and sure they will do better job then the guy I had.

My first visit to this branch of Halfords on Sunday morning and I was very impressed with the service I received. I couldn't find a specific tool I needed urgently so asked a member of staff to check if they had one in stock. She checked with a colleague and then physically checked in the stock room, when she couldn't find one in store she phoned other branches and located one for me at another store in the city and arranged for it to be left at the desk for me to collect. The store was very busy with Sunday morning shoppers yet she remained calm, professional and with a smile, so well done Halfords and thank you Manisha I got my job done.

Lazy staff that can't be bothered to help. Go to another branch!

Tried telling me the only battery they had for my car was over £100, having initially said lots of batteries were available for my car. When I questioned it they said batteries for my car were expensive. Another branch said I could get a battery for £59. Managed to get a top quality battery from another parts supplier for £64. Were they trying to pull the wool over my eyes because I'm a woman? That's what it felt like. As an intelligent well educated woman I was very insulted.
