Very helpful staff on the parts counter.

Halfords advertise changing a sidelight bulb for £5.00. We were charged £17.00. Bit of a ripoff. My advice, go somewhere else.

I bought 1 bike from this Halfords. Really knowledgable staff. Got my lad up and running in a day. Even built it for us. I've bought lots of car bits, but that's not as exciting as buying your lads first bike :)

Didn't have the product I needed but it was a nice and clean shop and helpful cashier

Friendly staff

Well stocked and modern store with friendly staff, had all the items that I required with fast service at the checkout.

Polite and helpful service and product purchased was spot on.

Staff are friendly and helpfull enough, if you can find any! One of the worst understaffed shops I have ever been in. If you can catch one (staff member) then they are very helpfull and fairly knowledgable. Don`t even think about going in there if you are in a hurry. (unless its something you can take to the checkout yourself.) The other thing to know is, there are a lot of deals you get online only, and not in store.
