Good local store but don't expect expertise and knowledge here

I went to pick up my dpd parcel and the service was excellent! The lady I spoke first was very nice and showed me where I need to go. The gentlemen at the collection point were very friendly and helpful. They tried everything they could to deal with a rather complicated system. It's very convenient to pick up a parcel after work, I never miss a delivery this way. I'll definitely use this service again.

Lili helped me choose bikes appropriate and with care for my 2 young sons. Very good customer service.

I was quickly able to find what I wanted to get which on this occasion was an air conditioning deodoriser and a windscreen cover for all seasons. My old one is too small. Was able to check the cover should fit. Pleased with my successful visit. Store is well stocked and a range of different goods for sale and for the keen diy enthusiast. Reasonably priced as well.

I went to Halfords yesterday and received speedy assistance on my car from Stephen H, who came to my rescue. Stephen is a credit to the Enfield Halfords store and an absolute gentleman!! he went completely above and beyond my expectation and although it was a tough job, he persisted with a can-do attitude and was a huge help. Thank you Stephen!!

Rip-off prices and slow uninterested service. Come on competitors!

Appalling service - quoted £80 and the bike repair and service came to over £130 - took days and when we finally got the bike back it kept slipping out of gear. When we took it back their engineer said we'd been 'riding it wrong' and there was nothing wrong with the bike.

A joke is nothing compared to what they've done to me. Made me wait hours just to look at my bike to then tell me is longer to fix a simple chain and buckled wheel, all that while I was waiting to get it fixed at least a month. Avoid then in any circumstances

Hi I left my bike for adjustment front gears, usual 2 minutes in anoder shops .but in Halfords they told me to come back after 2 hour , i was surprised with 26 pounds bill for nothing.I DO NOT recommend holford
