Is my customer right to return a bike that I'm not happy with they rejected the return request and said I have to pay £50 for the repair when I got 1 year warranty. They said the warranty does not cover accidental damage.

Good selection of car care products and the staff are usually very helpful. Added bonus of an auto centre next door if you need tyres or your air conditioning servicing.

I had a really bad experience at Kingsway yesterday (review left) but today I came to your store and i have nothing but praise for Simon in the Bikehut, he dealt with my sons scooter warranty fast and professionally unlike Kingsway the day before. Maybe you should get the Kingway staff to work with a professional like Simon for a week so they can learn some customer care skills! 5 stars for Simon 👍

I went it to Halfords with no appointment. Something had fallen off from underneath my front bumper and I had my young special needs daughter with me and felt quite panicked. They guys were amazing. They sorted my car there and then, told me it was fine and took off part that wasn't necessary . There was no charge. They saved my day, would not hesitate to take my car back. Thank you all so much

UNSAFE, UNSKILLED AND A RIP-OFF.
Took my passat for a brake, tyres and oil service. The car was returned 3 hours late. It made a knocking sound when driving and the engine tray fell off. When another mechanic checked halfords work, the knocking was the brake pad rattling around as the threads in the retaining bracket had been stripped due to overtightening. As such, the pad was not retained and the bracket needed to be replaced - DANGEROUS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, IT'S NOT WORTH THE RISK.

MOT booked online and greeted on arrival by Steve Varney (Manager) which explains expected time of completion. I have been dealing with Steve at another Halford's branch and I have confidence in him looking after my car providing his professional and honest opinion, being trustworthy + reliable. Chris Knowles (Assist. Man) was also on hand in providing excellent customer service experience. I trust with Steve's leadership, I will use this branch for all my motoring needs.
