Helpful staff. Especially in the cycling departing. Never had any issues at all

Second attempt to get a car stereo fitted, the first didn't go well as they didn't have the parts. This time they installed the stereo but not the speakers. But to be fair, the details from Mercedes were incorrect. The installer guy was always friendly & helpful, but I do feel that there are never enough people working there & they always feel a bit stretched.

Idiotic passive aggressive sniggering staff who haven't a clue what they're talking about. Staff just bumble about or are all packed behind counter having a social or bickering at each other. Only go here if it's your last resort.

Helpful, friendly staff - don't make you feel like a second-class citizen because you aren't a cycle nut! Easy parking too.

Absolute rubbish they never have anything i want 5 times i have been for different things and they dont have them. This time i just wanted bearings for my bike. Useless

Most staff are absolutely brilliant. At the weekend the younger staff on the shop floor can be inexperienced, but the mechanics are superb and most helpful. Good work, keep it up!

People in the bike are unhelpful and rude, and with little or no knowledge of warranty-related topics or customer service manners.

Went to get my bike repaired - it's under warranty - for the 2nd time since I bought it in October. Had to talk to 2 employees and the manager. The 1st employee tells me it's not under warranty (without even looking at the bike). The 2nd one says that it may be that someone has broke it in the street (even though I stated that it broke while cycling) and then the manager offers me an "exception": they won't charge me for the service, but I still need to pay for the pieces of a BIKE UNDER WARRANTY.

Well I was charged and the job wasn't done that's a 1 star very poor rating already. I bought a bicycle from Halford's with a warranty, two weeks later I get a puncture I brought it in and asked if they could take a look at it whilst I was at work. Staff member barely looks at it and says he'll replace the inner tube and tells me the cost of the inner tube. So I go off to work and come back in several hours. Find that they don't know where my bike is. After watching them bumble about for 15 minutes itt urns out it was in the wrong section apparently in the "to do section". The tyre was inflated, however inconsiderately they hadn't bothered putting the seat back to its original position after it had been meddled with and my breaks were loose for some reason. On the way home my tyre deflates, basically they charged me and they didn't even do the job in a whole day then passed it back to me, all they did was pump it up for me. Also when talking to the staff and trying to get advice it's like drawing blood from a stone and its hard to get any service or basic communication. Most of the staff in this branch don't seem on it to be frank. Don't come here, its painfully bad. So I'll be having to push my bike all the way home and back in again tomorrow to complain.

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. My advice go to Wilco Motosave brilliant.

Poor service. The staff are too busy to entertain you. With the exception of one or two, there is a clear lack of helpfulness and friendliness. I will avoid this place as much as I can in the future.
