Went to Halford in Slough to buy two new bikes. asistant very helpful and very pleased with the bikes.

Not very good. Chap who was to fit light had zero customer relationship and initial service was aloof and disinterested. Subsequently refund staff helpful and good attitude.

Not very happy had to take back a child bike to b checked as front tyre would not stay punped up. Was told it had a very small puncher, was asked if I wanted the wheel put back to gether, and then placed back onto the bike he punped it up so I could take it home. As it was under grantee so I was hoping they fix it for me, no I have 2 do so at home

Faces like smacked bums at the counter, no service on first floor. Walked out a little deflated after buying what I needed which was overpriced.....

Si had to use real skill and initiative to fit a Parrot in my wife's Santa Fe. Hyundai's service engineers broke it and refused to fix it or take responsibility, which shows how difficult they thought it was. Si figured out how to fit a replacement, having never done a Santa Fe before. Excellent service.

Went to pick up a click and collect item and got sent to an empty counter to then have to wait nealry 15 mins to be served.

I like this place. U can find whatever u want. Nice service and helpful staff. But sometimes u need to wait long time because it's not enough pepole to help :-(

I find what I want but is behind the glass on the first floor and looks like no body work there. I went in here to buy socket 27mm and I could not get anyone to serve me. I have go to the ground floor and ask please please can someone serve me on the first floor and the answer was we don't have enough people working here Sorry! W.. T.. F. . Took me 45 minutes to buy 27mm socket I personally would never go back ther waste time.

Couldn't have been more helpful. Wanted a particular (cheap) bike for work. Phoned them up, asked them to have one ready for me in about an hour and a half. Was early but it was still ready for me. Difference between them and Maidenhead was night and day.

I hesitated VERY much to visit here since reviews were horrifying me a lot.
In my experience, the shop is fine, fully staffed and also staffs are nice. I think because I was lucky and at good timing, especially I had no good expectation at all for customer service as so many people have left negative reviews. So I would say, don't be afraid of visiting here too much. :)

Will rate 3/5 for one reason there pricing is ridiculous! 14.00 for a H7 bulb not even a Phillips bog standard bulb! But they did hold the store open 5 minutes past closing time for me to buy it

Very rude customer services, staff at till had no information of halfords products and services. Waste of 30 mins journey.
