Incredible response to a difficulty faced with a headlamp bulb fitting in a Citroen C5. All staff - Lewis, Andy and Aqeel and others on hand going to great lengths to get car sorted for my husband. Thanks to everyone.

Generally friendly and offer good advise, I come in here often but some of them barely have a clue what the sell and dont sell. Prices can be competitive but can be over priced too so be careful.

took bike in for service and mudguards fitted, very helpful person and polite. Very friendly staff and alot better service all round.

I wanted fix my bike, they told me price from space - over 300£, next they suggested me rubbished this bike and buy new bike from them shop... I went to next bike shop, and seller told me that it is great bike, and cost of repair will be 100£...

the only lady who was serving a lady, said hello to me, but i was disappointed that no one on the cycling counter seemed interested more interested in their mobile phones, finally a guy on the counter pointed me to ebay or a site called pinkbike. i thought coming into halfords would have been a good experience but it was anything but. give these jobs to people who want to engage with customers, give information and make some sales.

I went to get my personalised reg plate supplied and fitted. I was served by Lewis who gave an excellent and professional service. I did not know much about fitting reg plates but Lewis made me feel at ease and was verg informative. He is an amazing member of your team and such be very much valued! I will be coming back again for such kind and friendly service.

Went in for motorbike chain lubricant with them stocking 3 different ones I asked for some help wasn't interested. I was told no one had any idea of the product. Didn't even want to look and help

Customer service poooor

It's a good store. Certainly plenty of products. Staff are OK. Polite. But don't seem very good on knowledge. Few different things done like replaced a headlight bulb in a focus. They struggled to do the job. Bought a wireless bike speedo. You can't look at the box for all the info. You only get a basic card. Then the staff had to search on the net for different info on 2 simular products.

It feels like one of the smaller stores, its ok for getting essentials but the staff don't seem overly helpful
