Generally very good service, however can get busy at times and takes a fiar amunt of time to get served. Overall helpful staff and decent prices.

Always helpful staff. Easy to find what you need. If not there are well informed staff to help.

Yet another wasted trip to Halfords. Stock on their website and nothing in store. Wasted time , fuel and effort.

Had a Parrot MKi9200 fitted to my R56 Mini Cooper S today 27.05.17 (which is a tricky fiddly car to fit to) at the Shirley Halfords. I can comfortably su Gregg (the chap who fitted it) did an absolutely outstanding job. I'd highly recommend him to fit my audio equipment to any car. He's got years and years of experience and did great job whilst I waited. Every panel was put back in place perfectly and not one screw left over after taking the entire dash apart to perfectly hide all the wiring. Top job, thank you very much, and I can't recommend Gregg enough. Cheers 👍🏽

Took car in to have wiper linkage repaired. Great helpful staff, did a great job . will definitely come back .

Went in for a reverse lights. Fitted them myself outside the store. They didn't seem to be working which (I now know is an issue with the rear reverse button under the gearbox) engineer cone out to take a look and just started replacing my othwr rear lights without any consent (at this point i had no idea he was playing with my other lights) Then had the nerve to ask me to pay. Forced sale which is unbelievable
