I've never had an issue when visiting this store. The staff always come across as friendly, and they seem to be interested in what you're asking them.

No help had to try and find my own paint code one member of staff couldn't make time to help me very disappointed..

Decent size shop, great staff but not many of them about on a weekend...

Great service, adjusted my wife's bike while we waited.

Tried to get some help in buying an SD card for my TOMTOM 5100 following recommendation and explanation of how to fit it and format it from TOMTOM customer service. Halfords guy firstly disagreed with the size of card TOMTOM had suggested and seemed to think a much smaller card would do even though I explained that the size of file stated on my TOMTOM drive account said nearly 8GB. He then said that I would have to format it on my iMac before I could put it into my device. Again contrary to TOMTOM customer Service. At this point I left as the guy would not listen and just kept brow beating me as if I was an idiot. I went to Halfords in Middlesbrough and it was completely the opposite they could not be more helpful and sold me the 16GB card and showed me how to fit it and agreed that my device would prompt the formatting process which I have just completed. I will not return to Stockton even though it is my closest store.

Darren fitted my parrot mki9200 v3 from the Stockton store. It's the second time he's fitted one of these for me. Completely spot on. A complete credit to Halfords staff.
He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Guided me in right direction for my requirements.
Highly recommended for stereo / hands free advice.
Karen the assistant manager was also a star.

This branch makes a significant contribution to the retail offer of Stockton.

The quality of the store in terms of product and layout is of a high standard.

Should be encouraged/incentivised to move into Wellington Square or better still onto the High Street where they could make a significant difference to footfall and the general vitality of the High Street. Plus they could make good use of the underused open space that the renewal of the High Street has made available.

Staff are brilliant and very friendly. Highly recommend this store. 10/10
