Absolutely poor customer service walked into the store and walked to the parts help desk, waited a couple of mins and a man walked towards me saw I was waiting and picked something up and decided to walk away with no acknowledgement at all. Then I walked to the pay desk at the front and was confronted by a girl who looked like she hated her job as her attitude was disgusting, no thank you no personality no smile. Customer service is most important even a smile thank you which is free and so easy.

I would never ever come back to Halfords Canterbury again I won't ever recommend your store to friends or family. Totally disgusting customer service.

Main dealer £20 pair. Halfords £22 EACH for cheap copy wiper blades. Why pay £44 for a pair of copy wiper blades as sold on internet for £9 delivered???????

Very helpful identifing and hopefully fixing the issues with the new bike.

Unfortunately the costumer service was appalling the two lads upstairs didn't seem interested in us. Then when we spoke to them they were unhelpfully and unpleasant. Therefore we left but on our way out other customers where stood by the tills and they said they had been stood there for a while. Us and them walked out unfortunately the store lost some profit. I wouldn't recommend this store.
