Excellent quality but very much on the pricey side... The clearance section is a little more offordable but still expensive.

The technical advise and ability of the bike department is really second to none. The staff are very approachable and friendly.

Useless place. They don't know how to serve to customer even they never look at your face while you talking. I wanted to change my number plate and I paid extra for fitted but the guy said that I should take off the plate and he couldn't fitted my new number plate. Never ever visit again this rubbish place.

What a disappointed visit as I was booked in to repair the chipped Windscreen and in the middle of repair they found out that they run out of resin. Worst still they asked me to come back to te book again tomorrow. I wasted more then an hour there. The service are extremely poor which I never come across so far. In short, I will let all my friends not to visit Halford again

Stopped by to buy a mororcycle lock. The one I wanted was secured by a cable. I went half way across the store to find an assistant and explain what I wanted. "They're locked because they keep getting stolen". We walked over to the shelf and I showed him the lock I wanted. "Do you know bicycle and motorcycle goods are the most stolen items in this store?". He walked off - I thought to get the key. After what seemed like an age he returned with an alternative product. "Its out of stock, we keep them over there". Can't you sell me that one, I said, pointing at the one on the shelf? "Thats the display copy". I insisted. "I'll go and get the key" again a good few minutes passed, when he returned "we had an elderly motorcyclist in here the other day stealing light bulbs, about your age, don't worry we got his number". I'm 55 - not quite 'elderly'. He then took the lock to the till and handed it to the cashier. Really Halfords, is this how you train your staff in this store - stereotype all motorcycle and bicycle customers as theives?

Bought a couple of kids bikes here and the staff were always helpful and friendly.

Worst customer service ever. I went into this store today on my lunch break to purchase something for the scratches that I have on my car. I asked for help for help from 2 male staff members they seemed so uninterested like I was bothering them. I then I asked one of the older colleuges who happened to know more about car scratches to assist me as I had no idea of what to get. To my disgust he told me to look on "YouTube". Someone really needs to sort this store out because the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING and I definitely will not be returning.
