Bulb replaced without fuss. Great.

Came in this afternoon for a inner tube for sons bike, wanted the boxed inner tube with slime in but assistant picked up halfords own brand and said he would add slime told him.i wanted the boxed one so he took that to till asked how much it was as I wanted it fitted he said £10 I said yes but could I have the boxed brand. He told me to wander round shop while he fitted it ,went back and saw Bix on side but when it came to pay it was £19 so it was £10 to fit inner tube and pump up and when home looked at receipt and he had given me halfords inner tube not the boxed brand that I had asked for so very annoyed that I didn't get the inner tube I had asked for and can't believe it was £10 to fit an inner tube as just found my previous receipt for a tyre and slime inner tube that was fitted in march and wasn't charged any extra for fitting.

I always find the staff very unhelpful and generally dismissive. I'm not going to bother again.

Staff were very efficient in reserving my item for me, keeping it to one side and serving me at the till.

Fixed my bike up and with no charge. You don't get any better than that then do you?

Passing through Newbury when windscreen wipers needed replacing. Bought Halford make. Either had to wait 15 mins or do it ourselves. Why are there no instructions with the box? This is a Halfords design policy so that people do have to pay for fitting because they're not supplied with the basics of what they've paid for. I can't remember the last time I purchased anything with no instructions for use before. Very unhelpful smirking staff.

Extremely unhelpful. Walked around and around the bikes looking to purchase. not one member of the 3 stood behind the counter asked if we needed help. Walked out with 2 unhappy children

A convenient store to click and collect to, I have always found the staff helpful and even when there was an issue with my order they resolved it quickly and competently.

The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I particularly like the the bicycle department is downstairs now. Much easier than carting the bike upstairs.
