Have always loved visiting Halfords and today was no different eager to help an0d a tech who new what and why will visit when l need to 10 out of 10

Terrible customer service! Waited ages for help and still didn't get it! Another customer helped me after being ignored even though I asked for help a few time's. Then when it come to paying they asked me to go to a certain till just for them to realise they had no change in that till so I then had to wait for my change and that took about 5 minutes. Then as i walked out there was another member of staff sat on a till just fidgeting. Poor service from everyone that I spoke to.

Did a good job for something that should be easy but wasn't - to charge a sidelight bulb! Only went there as my arms wouldn't fit in the available space in my car.

I was helped to find what I needed. 'Iesha' on the till was understanding and helpful: she rushed out to return the card I'd accidentally left.

Helpful staff. Good returns policy. Free parking right outside.

don't let George do your bike inertube as he charged me £9 for replacing my inner tube when he actually pumped up to the max and put a new dust cap on

Terrible customer service, communication skills are awful and lacking, well, communication.

On a Monday morning I was welcomed by being turned away by a hoarde of smokers at the front as the store hadn't opened yet, despite the doors being open.

When I did enter the store, I was welcomed with an "alright" at the parts desk...

He did collect my requested things, but with no advice, no alternatives, and no pricing.

Guy at the front till was mute.

Only saving grace was the nice man who fitted my bulb in the time it took me to write this.

Amen for Monday mornings!
