Good size store with a reasonable range of products. The staff member I spoke to was professional and helpful. Store frontage was under scaffolding at the time (March 2017); not easy to see, but still easy to get to.

Popped in to by some Velcro straps for my bike frame. They didn't have any in stock but went over and above to try to resolve my issue, giving me some Velcro straps that they had lying around. Refreshing to receive customer service like I did, thank you.
