Halfords

One day I went here and the staff were not very attentive and we struggled to get their attention. The next day a different member of staff was great, really friendly. £47 for a small motorcycle is frankly Rickdiculous. You can get them online for around £20.

Utter waste of time and money. Son spent over £100 on the top standard bike service with his first pay packet as he needed his bike to get to and from work. I followed him home after the service and his gears were still slipping nearly causing an accident in rush hour traffic. Took the bike back to Halfords and complained, they had another look but weren't really interested although on his form it stated that the gears were in good condition and didn't need looking at. I wrote a complaint to Halfords through their website over a month ago but nobody has yet had the courtesy to reply or contact me. My son is caging a lift to and from work as he now feels unsafe on his bike, this is solely down to Halfords. The website states that the bike mechanics are qualified - really - I would like to see them ride my sons bike after the blotched service. Please avoid at all costs, in my opinion they are cowboys

Fantastic, helpful, friendly staff at the Nuneaton branch. Much better service than at the Hinckley branch. Thank you to the staff at Nuneaton... my son is very happy with his new bike 😊

Lazy staff. Ordered parts in store, which was painful as staff are disinterested and unfriendly (would recommend finding a new job if you don't like people). All 3 times something wrong with the order and they didn't call to say they had arrived, like they should have. Lead to several wasted journeys. Then proceeded to loose all details of third order which had been paid for, guy went to check if part had arrived and said he'd call back, took down a number. Hour later, no call. called them again, the part had been found they just couldn't be bothered to call back

Useless, disinterested staff. After standing around the till looking like an idiot waiting for a blonde lady to finish pissing about whatever she was doing, I asked her if anyone could assist us upstairs with bikes as the gentleman upstairs was with customers. She told me someone was already up there as if I was lying and I enjoyed standing around in a shop not doing anything with my life. We finally got someone to assist us and as stated previously, he was fairly disinterested as I soon became with their attitudes. We have taken our business elsewhere! :)

Needed some new bulbs and wipers for my Celica and decided to opt for the 'wefit' services because I was feeling lazy.

Guys had no clue what they were doing. Couldn't fit one of the bulbs and fitted the other facing downwards so I basically had zero visibility in the dark. They used every single tool imaginable to try and do it and ended up scratching my engine cover plastic.

Absolutely useless. Will never visit again. The Melton Mowbray branch was far better.

Awful staff terrible products don't not buy anything the warranties are jokes

Wait was far to long and even then the part I needed wasn't in stock. I tried to call before going in but the phone was never answered so in the end a wasted journey. Trip to round towers spares part in stock and services was far faster.

Hopeless shop! Always queues because of understaffing & apparently stressed staff for the same reason.
Have to wait far too long to be served.
