Staff could be more helpfull and familiar with the products that they sell but in general Halfords its store that i like

Not very impressed with the overall service as they had the bike for 4 days and they didn't start the work on it untill the 4th day it was a bit rushed and had to take the bike back 3 times

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. I had an issue changing my car stereo, and could not get it to power up- the guy at the desk asked what car it was. I told him it was an Astra, and he instantly knew that I had to connect the power lead via the lighter socket (after removing the trim, of course), and not do it the way I was just about to (I'd spent ages watching YouTube videos and looking at wiring diagrams!)- which wouldn't have worked. He talked me through it, gave me the little spade connectors I needed, and told me I wouldn't need to replace the microphone that was already in my car, as the stereo unit already had one built in.
Pleased as punch, when it powered up! (Can't use my lighter socket anymore though: but I've probably done something wrong, and will go back and find out how to sort that out as well!). Hence 4 stars, and not 5!

My bike went in for service and they did absolutely nothing. I had a small puncture and they didn't fix it they just pumped it up. They did not fix my breaks. Most useless place for servicing

I feel the need to update the review I posted a few days ago. I had complained about the manner in which I was treated. I felt ignored when someone who started attending me just left and telephoned someone else. I have to say that since then, my experience has been nothing but positive. As I said last time, Hannah sorted everything very well. I returned the bike for a minor adjustment on Sunday and I was attended to immediately. In addition, Lee, the manager telephoned me to discuss the matter and he could not have been more helpful. In short, I now have a much better opinion of the store - because it is obvious that customer satisfaction is important to the organisation. I had a problem and they sorted it for me. I am changing my rating from one to four stars as a result.

Myself and the boys arrived just before closing time of 8pm to get the boys bikes fixed. We were first helped by a gentleman who said that we would have to leave the bikes and come back the following day as it was nearing closing time. He then called for someone from the bike dept. who came down and said if we did not mind waiting, he would fix the bike and also get some else to help him. We are very grateful for Joe and Hannah who gave us exceptional service. 1st class service.

Good service on bike department upstairs. Had click and collect but didn't receive a message saying it's delivered to store. Had to go in and find out. I kno that the website wasn't running at the best performance while I ordered it but still shouldn't have to go in store and find out.

Good selection of products, order online. For collection. Great... 😃
