I attended Basingstoke store yesterday after experiencing difficulties with a. Bicycle rack I purchased in Bracknell store the night before. I telephoned the store and spoke to Aaron who was so helpful. I popped down to the store and Aaron very kindly showed me how to reseat the item so it was working properly. He was so helpful, non patronising and really nice in offering advice. I am so impressed with his delightful manner and lovely attitude. Thank you so much!

Awful, terrible and waste of time. My mum paid 20 quid for absolutely nothing. Didn't listen to a single word I said just did whatever they felt like. It was awful don't go there it's trash.
