Halfords staff at Kingston were so helpful last weekend. They fixed the chain on my son's bike and because it was delayed slightly they put on a new tyre too and gave it to me for free. They raised the seat for my boy's growing legs and were kind and fun. We will be back

No issues within the Car Entertainment Section. Carl helped me at the Crawley branch and was very knowledgeable.

Plenty of stock, and a handy store. Staff can be a bit pushy; and Halfords can be slightly pricy.

I buy my bike and wait 2 days to pick up. After I receive it I notice both wheels are not centered. And I needed to go back and wait another couple of days for repair...
And I paid 12£ for tire sealant and they cover my bike with it... Im So disappointed

Use the store a lot and always receive great customer service.

Less than impressed, my friend picked his mountain bike up last week to ride straight away however they had not tightened his stem up ( front bolts and side bolts undone by hand) along with the fact his chain was running outside of the bottom jockey wheel which left a big groove on his rear mech.

I would strongly suggest using another bike shop who know how to build a bike or get a friend to come with you who knows what they're doing.
