I am so thankful for such a smooth experience having my car's MOT, the people couldn't have been more helpful, and efficient, I would definitely recommend anyone to go here.

My experience at Halfords in Ashford was good. Just a little over the hour quoted waiting time, but had a good result. Shame they didn't have a water dispenser.. Clean waiting area. I found the staff very polite.too.

It was late in the evening and I had an issue with the car I rely on for a commute. Both Pauls were incredibly helpful and sorted it quickly. Will certainly be a returning customer.

Great customer service and great service where I was due for full service had a call five minutes later advising me me on upgrading service to have parts which was not covered on full service

Have used this centre to MoT both cars for many years, always been happy with the service I receive. Current manager Mark is really good, just a shame he's transferring soon, hope the replacement is as good.

I booked MOT online then got phone call 2 hrs prior that the testing machine had broken and will ring me soon as it's done... they never rang me back til 2 days later when I had to ring them for rescheduling... I noticed that with the cheap MOT, you could easily be caught with bogus price even if the vehicle is in great state; always a catch; be warned as £29.99 not easy to pass by... never pass MOT for 1st time, always something faulty.., not recommended at all... rather pay full MOT price with decent service and frank advice.... 1* is very very high for their standards; no Halford Auto centre for your vehicle...
