Bought a roof box and bars, was given excellent advise with no pressure to buy. Thought on it and came back later after doing some web research. I had a deadline for a camping trip and the gear I ordered looked like it wasn't going to arrive in time. I was kept in the loop throughout the process with regular phone updates and offered a preferred alternative in order to have fitted in time. Was very pleased with the whole service and deal I received at this store. (Dealt with Jason and Jon)

2nd time I've been here whilst on holiday and twice been disappointed with what is available. The shop is simply too small so needs to understand the environment more and offer what the demand is. Include camping and you'll sell

Often pop in here for bits I can't wait for or just to have a quick browse. Often pick up bits for the wife's car etc. Nice friendly staff, large enough store to have a good range of products. Only one star lost due to often not having staff to take my money at the end of my shopping trip.

Very slow to get service. Otherwise okay.

I needed 2 new headlamp bulbs ,as usual they are exceptionally difficult to fit. Was pleasantly surprised to find they had an offer on of buy one bulb get one free , and they fitted whilst I waited . Very pleased with the helpful service. Would recommend !

You try finding somebody at the till. today and not for the first time i have been standing there waiting to pay for an item for ages. it seems every time i go in there, there it is either a huge queue or a long wait.
the reason it seems is that everybody in the place is off either fitting windscreen wipers or bulbs, or out the 'back'. yes very nice if you are one being helped but really not good if you are actually trying to pay for something, (the bike guy doesn't ever seem to come out of his little shack to help). they need somebody dedicated to just taking money. i have had enough over the years of waiting there.

Took my new mountain bike in for it's six weekly 30-40 minute free health check at 0900 on Monday morning. Was informed by the sales person that they would ring me once it was completed and so gave them my mobile number. It is now 18.30 Wednesday and they still haven't been in touch, not exactly the best service I've ever experienced !!!
