Fast, helpful service and when they charged me for the wrong car battery they matched the price with the correct one with no hassle.

The chaps here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen and advise. Small range but they make up for it with service.

Twas a sunny day in ye old bicester and I found myself in somewhat of a pickle. Thus I popped to halfrauds to buy some chrome-vandium plated tools.
Over all experience 10/5 would visit again.

The website said it shuts at 5 on Sundays but when I got there at 4:30, it was dark and nobody was there so I could not get the product I urgently needed. I am very disappointed and think that either the staff need to turn up to their shifts or you need to update your website. That's why I gave you 0 stars.

I had a car park scratch on side of my car, went into store twice for advice as it was not dented , on each occasion was served by Rebekah who was so helpful even going out to car to check for herself extremely helpful many thanks - will be going back again 30/09/16

I had my MOT booked there. Two days before my starter motor gave up. I bump started it and arrived there 20 minutes before they shut on what was clearly a busy day as reception had 3 other customers in front of me. The manager Kim was very helpful despite clearly having to juggle all of us in reception and a phone that kept ringing. She said I could leave the car with them and they would look at it. The next day she called me with a costing for the starter motor when I explained I only had a limited budget for that and the MOT not only was she really understanding about it she told me about making repayments over 4 months and even got one of the technicians to glance over the car for a rough idea of what the car might fail on in the MOT the next day so I could decide if it was worth it. I have never been as impressed with a garage in all my years of driving as I have with Halfords in Bicester and I will be using them again

Sometimes you can be stood around for ages waiting for someone to help you which is really tiresome.

Friendly enough when you are eventually served though.
