Halfords - Bournemouth Store

Went in for parts to service my car. I picked up a few tools while there too and the staff were very helpful. I did need to visit another store for my air filter but there are four around here so little hassle.

Handy Halfords store - not the biggest, so the stock isn't as extensive but that doesn't mean that there isn't what you need here! Decent prices and friendly staff.

Went to halfords to buy some bits for my ebike. Talked to a young man who served me and he gave me some great advice on tyre choice and size, he was very clued up on what questions I gave him,so will use halfords for any new parts I need for my bike.

No help i asked for a indicater flasher .was told down the end there somewhere. Never had any thing like it no flashets at all.went to motor bits got served straight away with the parts.up with motor bits

I like this store and buy car related stuff here. I used to buy bike related things but there can be a long wait in the bike section. It's not the fault of the staff. A bike store are means long discussions. Long discussions about bikes and products means long waits for others. I now use a local bike shop. I bought this bike from Halfords and am very happy with it. But a local bike shop does any work on it because of the better service.

Woman called Madge was really rude, said her colleague "knew everything" and made me feel like i was wrong, even then the product was in stock, they didn't bother checking :) Worst service possible.... lazy employees.

Thank you to Jamie in the bikes department of the store, super helpful on the phone and in-store. Rare to find that sort of customer service these days. I was considering buying online, not anymore thanks to Jamie. Cheers!

Have always found this place to be helpful and well stocked. They tried their best to do an air condition charge, but had to admit defeat. They had opened several packets, but didn't charge me for anything.

Went to this store as I had problems with my Sat Nav. Very helpful service even though they didn't have any other Sat Navs in stock. Much better than Poole Halfords who are rude and unhelpful.
