Recently perchased a new bike from here, when I got back I noticed 4 scratches on it. This bike was not reduced, I payed the full price for it didn't really expect to see scratches on it. This bike was brought home and put straight in the shed. Next day I went into Halfords and asked why there was scratches on it, they found it difficult to own up to it as the bike was only taken home and put in the shed, had not fallen on the floor neither had anything hit it. So they tried polishing them out, this removed 2 of the scratches one of the others were painted and the other one was left as it was to deep. In return they gave me an inner tube.

Probably won't be coming back here again in search for a new bike.

Most "sheds" are staffed by people who neither care or have any product knowledge of the products they sell, Halfords BSEd's isn't one of them...well done guys - great job!

The range is poor. But the staff are excellent.
