Smaller sized branch of Halfords. Helpful staff on site but this store may not stock everything you may need which you would find in larger versions, as you'd expect. However, overall this is a good branch of the Halfords chain.

Very knowledgeable, skillful and friendly teams in both car and bike departments. Have had new car sound system fitted recently, and also a new battery after car would not start in freezing weather. Quick and painless in both cases, and reasonable value for money for such good service. Costa is just across the car park for longer jobs :-). Highly recommended!

Helpful service. Went to Bournemouth Halfords after having problems with my sat nav, sadly they didn't have any in stock so came to Halfords in Christchurch and more than helpful. Replaced my sat nav was on my way again. Much better experience I've had with Bournemouth and Christchurch service than Poole Halfords who are rude and unhelpful. Would recommend going to Christchurch or Bounremouth Halfords.
