Halfords - Cirencester Store

Bought dash cam the till operator check details told me it was £7 cheaper than shown also told me it came with a anti glare lense free so was well pleased.

Staff know there stuff and the upstairs cycling department is well stocked.

what can i say, im not a fan of shopping at halfords, i was put off after using the swindon shop,in my view they were never helpfull,clueless & uncaring towards ourselfs,( they used to be good a few years back), i used cirencester this weekend to be onest out of desperation of noware else to use,
But i was WRONG! there was 2 members of staff that couldnt do enough for us, ( a mature lady & a young lad) i went in for a radio with my ackward wife , he ran around finding them, checking up on them, seeing if they were SUITABLE for our needs.. of which the one that i picked was not, so i upgraded to a better unit, yes i spent more money than i planned but got something that works with all her modcons and wiont be out of fashion in a fortnight so more money spent well,!
Well done to the team there !!!! future manager there if you ask me, so look after him halfords!!

Great staff who are very understanding and knowledgeable.

Messy store, slow staff and people who don't know anything about bikes or cars,
Spend most their time eating sweets at the desk not helpful at all, and when they finally do speak, they're really rude.
