Halfords - Congleton Store

Excellent caring service, well done.

I would like to thank the staff at Halfords Congleton. My Tiger 1050 had a flat battery when I tried to start it up after visiting Congleton retail park. Halfords was a couple of shops down so I popped in to see if they could help. The staff were very helpful lending me jump leads and a battery. The bike started, I bought a new battery, everybody happy. Great customer service ☺

Always a pleasure using this store. I only use the cycle department. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpfull. I've had numerous bikes from here over many years and I'm happy every time

Fantastic! Service carried out to the manufacturer standards (probably better), brake pads changed also. All at half the price of the main dealer.... Will never use the main dealer again!

The customer service is excellent at the Congleton branch. I will continue to use this branch for all future car requirements.

They may be pricey for some things. Like little items like wire connectors n screws etc. But they're open every day, week days til late. And the staff are very helpful indeed.
