Halfords - Corby Store

Waited over 5 mins to be served! With no other customers in the store. I stood at counter while a member of staff was busy texting on his phone.

My visit to Halfords today was a very pleasant one. Mel was very helpful and professional and Kieran was also very helpful and professional when fitting me a new battery. My congratulations to Halfords for having such helpful and dedicated staff at corby. Thank you.

Joke this place. Never go there but did once. Was depressing. Staff was miserable. Just phoned them. No answer I'm guessing they couldn't be bothered. Also I'm a mot tester and they can't fit bulbs correctly. To the point it's impossible to get the bulb back out. And to think they charge over 5 pound each bulb.

Went in to ask for things for my car...
After waiting at the counter for 10mins (no exaggeration)
Only 1 person helping customers (young black lad who kept apologising)
3 others messing around out back laughing doing nothing.
For one them to finally come over only to say, I don't know which ones the one for your car mate.
