Halfords - East Dereham Store

Staff really friendly and helpful, had to have a headlight fitted and it was done straight away even though it was pouring down with rain, thank you.

Had roof bars fitted. Took a little longer than the estimated but did a good job and 2nd checked by supervisor for safety.

Went for a brake bleeding kit, not sure what I was looking for so ask an assistant. Assistant told me he could not find any so probably out of stock. While I was there I went online, found out the shop had them in stock, told assistant then he got it from stock room.

Excellent service and help from assistant. Nothing was too much trouble when we needed advice on purchasing a new child car seat.

There is never enough staff members in the store. Every time I go in there I have been waiting forever for service!

Fitting and replacement service is great.

Not bad, but customer service needs to improve...

Staff are friendly and helpful when popping in. Not experienced a fitting or other similar service from them so cannot comment
