Very friendly helpful staff.

Very helpful branch even on Sunday. The bike that I wanted was not in displayed but still they helped me to order on their computer system. Fab!.

Staff here don't know much but they do try to help

Bought a bike for my daughter and few car accessories. Staff friendly and quite helpful the girl who was helping my daughter to choose bike have good sales skill.

I could not start my car whilst parked in harrow round the corner from this store. The AA could not find evidence of the roadside membership I bought with my extended warranty. The parking space I was parked in was awkward for someone else to park next to my car to help me jump start it. In desparation I walked into this Halfords store and asked if they can help, and they did. One female staff member there, possibly a manager, asked another staff member who seemed like their battery specialist to come out and have a look, he then went back and brought a battery to help me jump start the car and refused to accept a payment when I offered. I only wish in my rush and confusion I remembered to ask their names to say thank you. Both were probably in their 20s, the lady was blond and the gentleman was brown/dark complexion with a beard. A great store with truely decent people. Thank you.

STD store, good parking availability.

Ok, bit expebsive. Bulbs are a total ripoff, you can nearly buy a xenon kit for a pack of 2 bulbs.

Pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff in this Halfords. I needed a tool which wasn't on their website, phoned the store and the girl was very helpful and informative. She even kept the part back for me despite the fact that I didn't confirm I was coming in!
