Halfords - Kilburn Store

Totally disagree with the last reviewer. I go there a lot, and have always found the staff really helpful – yesterday I dropped a £10 note on the floor when I was shopping there. When I went back to see if it was there they had kept it and gave it back to me. Was impressed but not surprised. Thanks guys.

Unless you're a cyclist I'd steer clear. Never anyone on the front till so you end up queueing for ages at the bike repair counter to pay for your stuff.

Very rude staff. This is one of the only bike shop in Kilburn so I had to go there several times. Most of the times, staff shows a total disinterest, doesn't help, answers one question and dissapears like if bored by you. I had to chase him to ask him something else. Enter to buy a bike last weekend but the staff almost laughed at me when I asked a simple question and disappeared (again). You can't even try the bike outside. I was stupidly riding my bike in the shop. Stopped after 1min and left.

The WORST customer service ever! Staff didn't show me the bikes and when I asked him couple of questions he said that "I want to know so many things". Very rude as I am not spending £10 in a bike is reasonable that I want to know a bit more about it. Don't recommend it Halfords in KILBURN!

Got exactly what I wanted very quickly.

In September last year I bought a great bike at the Halfords store in Bermondsey, with it acquiring a care plan for one year. To get my bike checked, I phoned Halfords in Kilburn last week, to find out when this would be possible. The agent on the phone was behaving in a very rude manner, avoiding any type of work when asked for information about the care plan. When I asked whether he could check my information in the data base, he sarcastically giggled before I started speaking with a more serious tone. Even then his behaviour was still displaying a very impolite attitude and no care for the work he did. Very disappointing and completely unnecessary. This week I went to the store to get my bike checked and was told when entering the store that I will need to return in one hour to leave my bike for a check and then the bike would be kept for a few days due to business of the store. I agreed to return three hours later, when I then learned that the check up would consist of 2 minutes and I could take the bike directly away with me contradicting the information I had previously received. This was by a different employee at the reception displaying very poor customer service dealing with several clients at the same time in an impolite manner. Due to other plans, I could not take the bike at this time bearing in mind I was told the bike needs to stay at the store for some days. Afterwards even the manager claimed the bike would have to be taken away directly due to little storage space. I mentioned that I have been explained differently and I would not be in a position to take it away at this moment. I also mentioned that the customer service is on an extremely poor level in this store and I do not want to be treated like this. After this struggle I was then explained the bike could remain there and I should pick it up in the next days. Once picked up this will be for sure my last visit in this store, maybe even at Halfords.

I went there on a busy Sunday and the guys were really helpful. Yuri replaced the inner tube really quick, recommended some bike routes and some improvements to the bike set up, fit a new d lock for me and was really helpful. Thanks!

Fantastic and friendly service from Yuri at Halford's Kilburn, who helped sort out my daughter's bike from Santa.

Very rude staff took my son bike bk there so many times and they dnt seen to want to help me with tryer problem. Jt like to take ur money. Not helpfull. Dnt neither look at u when u want to ask something so rude

There was a young enthusiastic British man with spikey hair who happen to provide great customer service and was friendly with great product knowledge. I'll be making a purchase very soon just because of this employee.

Terrible customer service, very rude, no actual experience with dealing with customers. Didn't realise asking for a refund imbues the workers with incredible hate towards me.
