Popped along this Sunday morning, managed to get the tyres wanted. Great !! Lovely young Uni-student working, helpful, also allowed to fit both of them on site and the use of their track-pump. Also knowledgeable as I need my cycle gears checked, popping in tomorrow. Great ! Interesting stock of cycles plus all the accessories to get you started,all ages.

Weather you go with car trouble or bike trouble non the less they are always willing to help! Good & friendly service & a affordable!

Always handy due to extended opening times. A good selection of products for motoring and cyclists. Not bad showroom for bikes and accessories, staff ok and try to helpful.

I've used many halfords branches but none are as good as my local branch. The customer service I've had has been excellent and the duty manager Sarah took the time and helped me find exactly what I needed. 5 star service

Within a few minutes of me looking at bikes I found the one I wanted and the colour I wanted they checked stock and had it available but because it was a nice sunny day the team already had loads of bikes to build so I decided to take my bike and build it myself, the bike is brilliant and the staff were really friendly and helpful Phillip is a credit to the team and I will return again without hesitation

Staff have got a lot more helpful recently, but service remains somewhat slow.

Halfords Lancaster is a large store with everything from paints, polishes & general car products to bikes & their accessories.
There is a good selection of premixed car paints, a good selection of oils and car electronics. Upstairs there is a large showroom full of bike parts and accessories.
They even offer a kids bike workshops for children to learn about keeping their bikes maintained and safe.

Some of the staff could have more knowledge but if you know what you want that's not a problem and with the choice available in the store they cant be expected to know everything.
