Good products, slightly pricey on some products

Incredibly helpful staff in both the bike and automotive departments. Never had anything but great service. Frequent price checks when purchasing items means you never pay more in store than on line.

Bradford line rang constantly with nobody answering the telephone... when finally got through after a few attempts and hours the staff were rude, disgusting attitude. Maybe the owner of the company owner ought to ring this store to see first hand what a joke it really is. Store has gone down hill.

Basic nothing special

Nice chaps, built a bike for me and showed me how to set it up. Really good service.

Purchased a lot of camping gear here (tent, stove, sleeping bags etc...) the staff were incredibly helpful with lots of advice and recommendations. They offered to carry everything out to my car. They checked the stockroom for additional supplies and anything to give me a wider choice. They were genuinely friendly and caring and were a credit to Halfords. Pay rise all round!!
