I was asked by my son to pick a car seat up that the worthing branch asked Rustington to put by. I went over on my break and had to wait about 10 min for someone to look for it I wasn't very patient they couldnt find it at first and it seem like ages. I must say PINKY the member of staff who first servede me couldn't have been more polite. The manager PETE was also very polite. I found the whole experience very professional and calming. top job.

Preordered a bike. Came in. Bike all ready. Guy adjusted it to suit my needs.. paid and left. Hassle free and quick quality service

Well stocked shop that had all the last minute items needed for camping trip. Very friendly staff dealt with returned faulty item promptly and without a fuss.

Excellent customer service every time I visit this shop. I have a Boardman pro SLR roadbike and I couldn't expect more from the bike department .

Helpful staff. Expensive products but available there and then.
