Halfords - Malvern Store

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL Service took my E bike in for rectification work left with them for 7 days went to collect said the work had been done however on inspection none of the work had been. Complained and had a rude response. Will be contacting higher authority to resolve.

EXPENSIVE , I was offered services but not told that they were chargeable, the shock came at the checkout.
Obviously we all have to pay for services, but to keep quiet about what your paying for and how much until you reach the checkout was in my opinion deceptive.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

This place is good but on 2 out of the 3 times i have been they didn't have the item in stock even though i checked online first.

Very disapointed, myself and my partner drove to melvern from ledbury intending on spending alot of money on two mountain bikes. When asked for help on sizing up for a frame was told by staff, you can do it all online. Found this bad customer service, staff had no intention of asking if we wanted help at all.

Has a very good bike department upstairs and a lift which is useful.
