Staff require training - Took three people to understand what I was looking for and after all of that, they didn't even have it in stock. Jack of all trades, master of none.

Poor service had my wheel to b repaired and thsy said it il b done next day went down late afternoon n it wernt done y the f would i give um my mobile if they not going to use it wasted a trip

I went into the Nuthall road branch after somebody had graffiti'd my car. I had tried alcohol but it wasn't removing it. Asked for some advice as what I could use and the amazing Darren had a look and removed it with wipes they use for cleaning up paint. Such fantastic service and amazingly helpful employees, thanks Darren:)

Hello. I am not happy with service . I just payd for GOLD SERVICE 80 pounds and they not fix propley my bike.( THEY USE second hand PADS ) This Harolds use second hand parts. Please chek your bike before pay. Thank you

I love the Nuthall Road branch. I've got to know some of the staff, and they are all great. Always happy to help and advise. I've bought everything from head units to hacksaws and SatNavs to socket sets and carb cleaner to car parts. One of my favourite shops.

I rang the branch in Nuthall, Nottingham and ordered a pair of Pagid front pair brake disc and pads, Saturday 14th January 2017. Was quoted Pagid brake pads at £37 - reasonable. Quoted for a pair of Pagid brake discs for the front left and right they were only £27. I had doubts- discs for my Mercedes even for a single disc would not only cost £27 so I asked the advisor again is he sure. He increased his tone 'the price is for two discs- left and right hand side!' I replied- ok if you're sure then when can I pick them up? Advisor replied sometime today we can get them in and this was 1:30pm. He asked should he order them so he confirmed the price and only took my surname and telephone number. I asked any order number? He said no they will ring me when it is ready to collect. Time ticked 4:00pm I heard nothing- so I rang the branch- first advisor picked up and could not find my order. So he asked do I have the order number? - I replied no only taken my surname and telephone number.- never gave me order number. Advisor says he should have given me an order number. I said no only the details he requested for. Put me on hold for at least 10minutes. - another advisor came on the phone he was the one who placed the order. Goes no the order got cancelled by Euro carparts they are their car parts supplier. So I said why no one bothered to ring me and tell me or re-order it? He said he didn't know- so I replied if I didn't ring your planning not to ring Me? - he said absolutely not. Then what are you going to do? I spent 3 hours waiting for you- if you can't sell me the parts should of told me I would go else where who are efficient and reliable! He goes let him ring eurocarparts and get this sorted- he goes eurocarparts only have one disc not a pair? I replied why don't you ask them to transfer from other branches there more than one eurocarparts. Advisor replies let him contact eurocarparts they open till 6pm. I rang eurocarparts both branches and they closed at 4pm. Clearly this advisor is telling lies to make it sound like he is doing the job. He returns call and says he cannot get the parts now they can only get it tomorrow! I got extremely angry 1. Promising me and making me wait over 4 hours and fobbing me about. 2. Failed to get in touch with order got cancelled in the first instance they would have received a cancellation email! Or notification! 3. I have to call in to find this out if I didn't ring I wouldn't of know the whole scenario! 4. Failed to provide the parts as promised! 5. Eurocarparts both branches closed at 4pm. The advisor was making up stories to order them. Claiming he is speaking with the customer service- I doubted so I rang Euro carparts customer service no one was answering. Both branches closed! 6. Failing to compensate for the waste of time or providing the appropriate service and not being honest but lying about what he had did! 7. Returning call searching all over google telling me which auto parts seller is still open and telling me I can go over to them and I can make it there if I drive now! - seriously is this customer service?? - you made a mistake? You failed to get in touch!- your not being honest! How disgusting is this?? I find it very hard to believe this and I am appalled with such a large company having such advisors who don't do the jobs properly and not making up for their mistakes. - honestly I don't know how other Halfords are- but honestly people! The branch in nuthall, Nottingham! From having heard my experience stay away from them!!
