Had 2 bulbs replaced in my car. After work and the staff were very helpful and friendly giving great service

Once again today i visited this store and sought the hands on first class advice from the two lads in the cycle department. And once again they were helpful, hands on in both the practical and advice sense. Top store, top staff and will always return 👍

Had bike brakes serviced here, great service. Good choice of vehicle spares

Had to go to get a bike adjusted. Did a great job. Also got some advice on Roof Boxes. Good professional service.

Thank you to the young man who politely stayed after hours to sort out a number plate as mine had been stolen and I could not drive anywhere without them! Great customer service at such short notice. Thank you again!

Excellent customer service. Bent over backwards to help us out and find exactly what we needed. Can't praise them enough!

My dad took his car in for MOT but it failed. Identified 2 things which needed doing and offered to do one if the jobs for an outrageous price. Consequently took to another garage - they said borderline case but did the work for a third of the cost. Morale of the story don't go for cheapest MOT it will cost dearly in the end. Will not be going back.

Waited 15 mins to get served today while the only person on the till actually left the store!! Had to go upstairs in the shop only to be sent down stairs to get served as the bloke up there was "too busy to serve us" Customer service is shocking, 2 staff members in the store in total and not doing anything aside from walking around looking like wet blankets!

Bought a dab radio with fitting 3 week ago and still waiting for it to be installed. Was supposed to be booked in today but received a phone call after a hour later of dropping it off that the part which they ordered had mysteriously found its way into the clearance items which was then loaded onto a truck and gone! Worst customer service I've ever experienced EVER!!! Only thing halfords is good for is just nipping in for a new bulb other than that stay away. Disgusting
