Promised phone calls. Never happened. The place is run by kids that don't have a clue about customer service.... you will never have a penny of my hard earned money!!!!.

The bicycle team are always very helpful whenever I bring in my old peugeot bike in for repair. Thank you

Needed new wiper blades and blades for fog lamp wipers. Guy called Billy fitted them for me and the fog lamps needed blades cut to size which he did effortlessly. Also needed replacement HL bulb but that was not possible on this visit. Then it started to rain. Super Halford s service.

Needed fuel, oil and air filter for a service on my van. Staff very helpful and the one part that wasn't in stock they ordered in within the hour and contacted me.

Had my bike serviced there. They messed up my pickup time and broke my gear cable. Utterly useless.

Unknowledgeable when It came to fitting a car cam, insisted it would have to be a live feed. Didn't even check cigarette lighter feed. Which halfords Luton did.. Disappointing boys

Halfords generally come with a bad reputation when buying bicycles. In this store I was assisted by Hollie with patience and kindness. I had to return a bike that was not suitable, it was not a good fit for me and I couldn't pedal it well. Hollie was so helpful in finding a replacement, and talked me through the different bikes in the shop even allowing me to take a bike down to the staff car park to try it out!!! Often when things go wrong we are quick to complain, but when things are put right without question and with such expertise, it brings with it great support as a customer. Hollie, clearly knows her stuff, and my new bike is set up perfectly and to my liking.... nice work Halfords.

Hollie in the bike department is brilliant. Knowledgable and friendly - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying a bike there.

Do you want great products sold by enthused staff that naturally give their best everyday? Pete for bulbs last time (still has knuckle skin I believe) and now Jimmy just made it an absolute pleasure... Thanks guys... And girls.
