Bike chain snapped whilst I was cycling home and I walked in off the street covered in grease/dirt. Then the guys replaced the chain and allowed me to wash my hands in their facilities while they fitted the part. Also very kindly waived the fitting fee! Thank you!

Overpriced products that can be purchased online 1000% cheaper. Product that my friend got didn't work and was returned in 5 minutes after purchased. Never coming back here again.

Shocking service new manager is waste of space would not accept my new tyre may have a fault with it but I had to accept that I could get a puncture everyday quite happy to charge me 13 pound every time previous manager was a credit to company but the new one has no customer service skills at all

I think Halfords r run by to many young people and they don't seem to care it's just a rip off sort it out HALFORDS!!!!!!

Wanted to by a Bicycle, but they did not want to sell it to me, and they were getting into a flap about it.

Although a lot of people seems to complain about the customer service experience on their trips to this store, I have never had an issue, they take way too long to assist you thought. The selection of bikes is good here and they seem to carry out repairs here as well.

Manager quite rude. Returned LED side light bulbs (£10) several times as they repeatedly failed between 1 and 8 days. Was offered a refund after a couple of times but I wanted what I'd pay for and would have meant buying standard bulbs in the interim period. Manager said it must be cars wiring and after replacing for the fourth time made me sign to say I couldn't return again.
Bought some off E Bay for £2.99 and they have now been working for 5 months. Clearly the Halfords bulbs are sub standard. I also use Halfords 120% brighter Extreme headlight bulbs. Theses are pretty good but last no more than a year. Perhaps it's the wiring? I'm going to try a different make next time. I try and avoid this store if possible.
