Excellent customer service, saved me money on the product I needed and their recommendations were spot on.

Went in for a Ford Focus bulb which was found very quickly. The young assistant then offered to put the bulb in for me. This requires a screwdriver and the knowledge how to remove the headlight pod. The young man did the job like a pro in less than 5 minutes. I was very impressed, great service, well done. The two young me on the counter yesterday are to be congratulated.

Helpful floor staff, but surly and aggressive manager named Matt was very rude and unhelpful.

Rude and very miserable staff who need a lesson in how to serve their customers, along with some knowledge of what they are actually selling, when I just needed some advice on what to purchase!

Nearly always have to wait at the tills because there aren't enough staff to man them and stack the shelves / help customers.
