Un reasonably hiked up prices. Owner rude and arrogant. Borderline abusive when you mention that he's overcharging. Awful experience never going back.

I really like this shop. Max who served me was really knowledgable and spent some time showing me what upgrades they could make to my bike. I had a bad experience else where so I'm really happy to have found these guys. 100% recommend.

Really nice and friendly staff members. Reasonably priced and my bike now rides like a dream! Coffee was pretty good aswell :)

Ja- really helpful! Actually pretty instrumental in mein move from Poland to Northern France a few years back! Ze selection of trucks n boards are ok too! Mein missus, Eva, likes it here too! (Bonus ja!!!)

Great prices & helpful staff

They did my casette lock ring up so tight it's now seized. However, they did go above board and fix my headset for 'free' when doing gear tune-up.

Extremely rude staff. I went to fix my bicycle pedals because the axis was bent. They changed it and I had to go back the next day. Although I paid £50 for it, the person there told me to get lost and never send my bike here again. I will not.

P.S. I fixed my bike for 10 pounds elsewhere, its still going strong.

I have to respond to the 1 Star review below as I'm aware of this particular situation being a staff member at Halfpipe. We completed a repair on this customers bike, it was returned as there was a brakes issue after he took it on a lengthy ride on the weekend. He had contaminated the rotors which meant they needed replacing but insisted they were worn due to the NEW pads we had fitted. Explained at great length the reasoning behind it and offered a few solutions at a discounted rate to keep him happy but despite our best efforts, I think it must have fallen on deaf ears. Not one to usually answer reviews, but this is not an accurate review of what happened.

Hopeless Bike Servicing. These people cannot be trusted. They ruined my disc brakes by contaminating the rotors, used cheap disc pads and wrong gear cables. Completely clueless. Since had to pay over £200 at a trusted shop to get my bike sorted. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. If only I could give no stars.

Been there a year ago, got great help and very friendly guys. Will be going back!

Staff are helpful. Have loads of parts in stock. Only downfall are the extortionate prices

Very helpful and reliable team - the guys went above and beyond for me and my bike! Although I live 8 miles from the shop I would always bring my bike back here.

I really like this shop. I went in for a service and the guys there did a fantastic job. Max, the mechanic who worked on my bike was extremely helpful and the shop has a really welcoming atmosphere. The coffee wasn't too bad either!
