So this week we have upgraded our sourcing software to make our sourcing more efficient and get better quality leads.
We are going to spend the rest of the year sourcing as many viable building plots that we can, taking into account due diligence and local plans. Once we have sourced a plot, we know they will be viable for development, then we can consistently market to that plot and watch for any thing happening so we will be in a position to act fast.
Efficiency is key, it...'s a numbers game!!!

We have been very quiet on social media the last couple of weeks, as we have been getting things sorted in the back ground. We have been thinking in terms of strategys, sourcing and marketing our business and target areas.
We have been continuing to source off-market land and make new connections through networking. We aim to send out 50 direct to vendor letters each week, which currently has a response rate of 1 in 50. ITS A NUMBERS GAME!
We are also looking for a Leicester... based contractor to price us on one of our projects. Our offer is accepted subject to full site appraisal so we need a detailed quote to proceed.
