Plank Challenge - A big shout out to our Newport Pagnell & Buckingham classes!
We have been working on creating a sequence of moves in the plank position building our strength, stamina and co-ordination.
This culminated last Wednesday when we did the entire sequence to Monster Mash in homage to Halloween!
... A HUGE well done to everyone and looking forward to the next challenge...
