Great news this Friday afternoon! One of our fave team members has started her coffee journey! Thanks to our fabulous barista Lee, Rachael has finally had (and enjoyed!) her first coffee - granted it was a 1-shot vanilla mochaccino, but it’s a start!

1. Mayfield Swiss - made in East Sussex by two highly skilled chefs. It’s an English take on Swiss cheese and they have done a superb job.
2. Truffle Brie - a Brie de Meaux with a sandwich filling of crème frâiche, mascarpone, and chopped black truffles. This is a rich and decadent, perfect with bubbly....
3. Comte St Antoine - normally used for cooking, but absolutely fabulous with a fresh red wine.
