Hamilton Road Evangelical Church, Whitstable

Hamilton Road Evangelical Church, Whitstable is reformed, traditional and Bible based and our desire is to worship and glorify God, and to make Him known in the surrounding area.

Our Lord’s Day services are at 11. 00am and 6. 30pm. and the normal length of service is one hour.
Communion is incorporated into the morning service on the first Sunday of the month and in the evening on the third Sunday. One of the Deacons will conduct this portion of the service and selects the first hymn.
A Deacon will open the meeting with the welcome and notices and then after announcing the first hymn will either continue with communion or hand over to the speaker for the day.
The order of service is quite flexible but normally would normally consist of 4 Hymns. A common pattern is - Welcome, Hymn, Opening Prayer, Hymn, Reading & Prayer, Hymn, Message, Hymn and Benediction.
We use the NIV Bible and the New Christian Hymns hymn book
