My move took 2 days: 1st day I paid for the guys to do a full 'professional wrapping and packing service' (I think that's what it's called), so all of my furniture was protectively wrapped and everything else was boxed-up. I must say I didn't realise there was such an art to wrapping furniture - but apparently there is, and I was very impressed with their skills! 2nd day was the actual move and everything went really well, no problems at all. I would definitely use Hamiltons again.

Excellent service through the whole process, from initial discussion to confirmed booking, supply of packing materials and then the move itself, which was spread over three days. Great removal team, no damage and everything put where we asked. High levels of professionalism all round - very happy to recommend Hamiltons. Definitely 5 stars!

We spent over 20,000 pounds with Hamiltons on 2 containers from the UK. The second container arrived in Nova Scotia with a vintage car, that had the rear bumper damaged. There was no protection between the bumper and the rear container wall. Our insurers would not pay for negligence and Hamiltons denies responsibility. We are now in court over the repair bill which was only 380 pounds! Stay away from this company!

Shame.Can't even pay for workers for working hours. No Quality. Owner picking random people from street without any trainnings and sending them into your houses. Strongly I do not recommend. Hamilton's increases the value of the work so that they can make more money.

They moved our property to Nova Scotia, Canada. Their representative told us that everything would go in a 20' container with space to spare.
They came to our house - we had reserved one pile of 'stuff' to go in the skip - they packed it! They were in a hurry to leave as the driver's driving hours had expired. They loaded the container at their warehouse. It wasn't until we contacted them to make sure everything had left on time a few days later that they informed us that they had extra things laying in the warehouse for us to collect.

We ended up with half a playhouse, half a table (top, no legs), missing chain saws, ladders, staging and various household items.

I would NEVER recommend this company especially as they took no responsibility for their mistakes.

Paid nearly £950 for them to move me 200 miles. They said they would dismantle and re assemble my bed. They haven't put it back together properly and bolts haven't been done up as I'm assuming bits have been put the wrong way round so I have to take it apart myself now. Some garage shelves are missing and so are quite a few of the little stoppers from my book shelf that the shelves rest on, Also one from a cupboard. Another toy storage unit has been damaged and is now rickety and wobbly.not great when a three year old is pulling toy boxes in and out and opening the doors, it looks like it's going to collapse. Bit disappointed. But they did turn up on time and were quick.

Poor, poor company. Lost some of our furniture for 8 months, then refused to deliver it unles we paid a 'ransom' sorry, storage fee..

Rude, incapable of taking down information accurately and inept.

Avoid.
