Hammersmith Magistrates' Court

They are spectacularly poorly managed, and deeply unhelpful. My experience is that you can wait an hour signing their number, only for someone to finally pick up the phone and cut off the call. Of course there is no other way of contacting them...

Polite staff and judges

Spent over an hour on hold trying to get through in the week before Xmas. Tried again on Tuesday, and has on hold for 30 mins. I'm going to have to try to go down in person, because this is completely disgraceful.

Absolutely disgraceful. I waited 45 minutes for them to answer. Nothing just kept ringing. DISGRACEFUL. This is meant to be a court of law.

It's taken me five days to try and get through on the phone. The first day I was on hold for 42 minutes and did 6 attempts. Then spent 4 days with just a voice recording to listen to then you get Thanks for calling!!!!! 27 times a day I tried calling them. Some one has deliberately left the answer phone on ......this is ment to be a court of law....high standards etc but its a disgrace. Get more stuff in to answer the telephones.

Attempted to call the court on behalf of one of our clients. Spent a total of 23 minutes on hold over 2 days. What a shambles.
