We are a branch of UNISON, the largest public service trade union in the UK. The branch has thousands of members, working in all departments of Hampshire County Council, Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service as well as a host of charities and private care organisations.

Nationally and locally we are involved in negotiating and campaigning to protect and improve your pay and conditions of service. Being part of UNISON gives you a say on the issues that matter to you, from changes to your pension to changes in your workplace. Many workplaces will also have a local steward who can give advice to and represent members in grievance and disciplinary hearings.
