The rooms are good, although you won't be able to open the windows. There is a little gym area with treadmills and some weight machines and a small supermarket is located across the street in the airport.
Unfortunately, the breakfast and especially dinner could be a lot better. I strongly recommend to go elsewhere in the evenings, prices are very high and the food is average at best.

I booked a room last minure due to having 11 hours between my bus arrival and flight. And I have to say, it's so lovely. Rooms are spacious, everything is clean, and staff is most helpful!

Certainly going to be returning!

You've probably not got much choice if you need to stay close to Liverpool Airport but avoid this hotel if you can.

The main issue is the staff. Deliberately unhelpful and unprofessional they refused to direct us to where we could return our rental cars and were rude when I asked for a refund after they double charged our group in error.

The breakfast buffet was average and very limited dinner menu.

The rooms were adequate but the Hotel claims the water was undrinkable and that you can buy bottled water from them. A fairly cynical ploy to squeeze you for a few more quid given UK tap water is safe to drink... unless they are poisoning it?!

Very relaxing. Excellent location across the road from airport terminal. Cleanliness excellent. Friendly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast

Probably the best place to stay out of all of the hotels in and around Liverpool airport. The extra cost is easily made up with the convenience of being outside the terminal building. Nothing too much trouble from the friendly staff, rooms excellent and food availability and quality great. Allowed to park in the hotel car park for the night we stayed before moving it the following morning to long stay - booked through holiday extras - meant there were no requirement to book taxis to/from hotel at extra costs.

Best choice for the airport. Modern, excellent soundproofing, next to the terminal. Breakfast starts very early and is always included in the rate.

Right beside the airport Cant miss it. Well connected to the city centre by bus 24/7. Free parking and large comfortable soundproof rooms.

Great prices, handy for airport and West Liverpool / runcorn area. Good decor and facilities. Free parking for guests
